    "Excellent Service and Quick Response! A few days ago, while travelling with my family from MG Road to Gottigere, near Vega City Mall and opposite Rainbow Hospital, my scooter suddenly started making a strange noise. I stopped immediately and suspected that the rear wheel was jammed. We contacted a couple of nearby bike service centres, but only this team responded promptly. They arrived within 20 minutes, quickly identified the issue, and found that the scooter’s belt had broken. Despite the intense heat and the difficulty of opening the scooter, they worked hard to fix the issue. We were stranded around 6 PM, and they arrived at approximately 6:30 PM and completed the repair by around 7 PM. They replaced the belt, which cost ₹700, and I paid ₹1,500 in total for the service. Really happy with their quick response, technical knowledge, and dedication to helping customers in an emergency. 👏 Although I live a little far from this location, I will definitely consider giving my scooter to them for regular servicing in the future. Is the Activa 125 priced differently from the Activa 6G?

No. Both are under 199cc, so general service is ₹599* and service with engine oil is ₹899* for either.

Is engine oil included in the price?

Only in Service with Engine Oil (₹899*). General Service (₹599*) does not include oil, so choose the oil service if a change is due.

My Activa's pickup has dropped. What should I book?

Book a Running Issues check (₹399*), which covers the drive, clutch and accelerator, or an Inspection (₹300*) if you are not sure. The mechanic explains the problem and gives you an estimate before any repair.

My Activa is under warranty or has free services left. Can I still come to you?

You can, but check your warranty terms first. Free services and warranty claims are normally done at an authorised Honda centre. For paid services after that, we are happy to look after your scooter.

Will you add parts without asking me?

No. The mechanic shows you what is needed and you decide. Parts are charged at MRP, only after you say yes.
