You always have the option to not provide data by choosing not to use a particular service, product or feature on the Platform. While you can browse some sections of our Platform without being a registered member, certain activities (such as placing an order or consuming our online content or services) do require registration. Section 3 - Mobile device and Usage Information
We collect information about your device and usage, including mobile device identifiers (such as the Identifier for Advertising (IDFA), Google Advertising ID (GAID)), interactions with our mobile application or on our other Platform, URLs visited before and after accessing our Platform, browser details, IP address, operating system and version, device manufacturer, brand, type, version, location, WiFi, SMS, system configuration, application IDs, hardware model, ISP/mobile carrier. We may also track your buying behaviour, preferences, and any other information you choose to provide on our Platform. This data is used for internal research on user demographics, interests, and behavior to enhance our services. Unlike cookies, mobile device IDs cannot be deleted, and we use them to recognize you, store preferences, and track application usage.
Section 4 - Mobile Device Access
When using our mobile application from a mobile device, we may request access or permission to certain features of your device, including your camera, SMS, location, messages, and other functionalities. You can change or revoke these permissions at any time through your device's settings.
Section 5 - Cookies and Similar Technologies

Section 6 - Location Information
We may request permission to access and track location-based information from your mobile device or other platforms, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s) or other Platforms. This enables us to provide specific location-based services. Once you grant us permission, we automatically collect real-time information about your device's location when you visit or leave our mobile application(s) or our other Platforms, including through plugins, mobile device IDs and cookies or similar technologies on other sites. We also receive the URL of both the site you came from and the site you visit next, along with the time of your visit.
Additionally, we gather information about your network and device, such as IP address, proxy server, operating system, web browser and add-ons, device identifier and features, cookie IDs and/or ISP, nearby Wi-Fi access points, or your mobile carrier. If you use our Platform from a mobile device, it will send us data about your location based on your phone settings. We will ask you to opt-in before using GPS or other tools to identify your precise location.
We use your location information for the purchase and delivery of products and services. We also use your location information to take, handle, and fulfill orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products and services, and promotional offers.
If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
Section 7 - Push Notifications
We may request permission to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the mobile application(s). If you wish to opt out of receiving these communications, you can disable them in your device's settings.
Section 8 - Communications Choice/Opt-Out
We provide all users with the opportunity to opt out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications after setting up an account with us. If you do not wish to receive promotional communications from us, please log in to the Notification Preference page of the Platform [insert hyperlink] to unsubscribe/opt-out.
Section 9 - Advertisements on our Platform
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Platform. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites to provide personalized advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. You have the option to opt out of tracking for personalized advertising by using the "Opt out of Ads Personalization" settings in your device’s settings application. Once you select this feature, we will no longer have access to your GAID.
If you use mobile device, advertising companies may use device IDs to track your use of our applications, track the number of advertisements displayed, measure advertising performance and display advertisements that are more relevant to you. Analytics companies may use mobile device IDs to track your usage of our applications. You have the option to opt out of tracking for personalized advertising by using the "Opt out of Ads Personalization" settings in your device’s settings application. Once you select this feature, we will no longer have access to your GAID.
Section 10 - Children's Information
Use of our Platform is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from children under the age of 18 years. If you have shared any personal data of children under the age of 18 years, you represent that you have the authority to do so and permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Section 11 - Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting that you can activate to signal your privacy preference to not have your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. Therefore, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we are required to follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

If you are a partner, PARTNR employee, Platform visitor or other individual that PARTNR has a direct relationship with, please submit your data subject request through our PARTNR support. Please note that if you send us a request relating to your personal information, we have to make sure that it is you before we can respond. In order to do so, we may use a third party to collect and verify identification documents.
In your capacity as a data subject, you possess a series of lawful entitlements within the purview of applicable data protection statutes. It is imperative to acknowledge that specific facets of these rights might be subject to limitations in certain scenarios.
