Terms & Conditions

Partnr Certified – Trusted EV & Bike Care

1. Partnr is a facilitator, not a service provider.

Partnr connects customers with empanelled partner garages (Partnr Certified garages) for two-wheeler servicing. The actual service is performed by the garage, and the service contract is directly between the customer and the garage.

2. Partnr is not liable for service quality.

Any dispute relating to quality of work, labour, turnaround time, or parts used is strictly between the customer and the PSP garage. Partnr does not assume liability for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction.

3. Partnr does not guarantee availability.

Listing of a PSP garage on the Partnr platform does not guarantee service availability, slot confirmation, or operational status at the time of visit.

4. Pricing is set by the garage.

Final invoices for labour and parts are issued by the garage. Partnr is not responsible for billing disputes between customers and garages.

5. Genuine parts responsibility.

Partner garages are expected to use genuine spare parts. However, Partnr does not independently verify every transaction and cannot be held liable if a garage deviates from this requirement.

6. Booking is not a confirmed appointment.

Service requests submitted through Partnr are forwarded to the respective garage. Appointment confirmation is subject to garage acceptance and availability.

7. Customer data usage.

Personal information including name, contact number, and vehicle details is used solely to facilitate service requests and connect customers with nearby garages.

8. Feedback and complaints.

Partnr provides a grievance channel and may help mediate disputes. However, Partnr is not obligated to resolve disputes or provide compensation.

9. Right to delist garages.

Partnr reserves the right to delist garages that violate programme guidelines including overcharging, customer misconduct, or use of duplicate parts.

10. Terms may change.

Partnr reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
