    Excellent Service and Quick Response! A few days ago, while travelling with my family from MG Road to Gottigere, near Vega City Mall and opposite Rainbow Hospital, my scooter suddenly started making a strange noise. I stopped immediately and suspected that the rear wheel was jammed. We contacted a couple of nearby bike service centres, but only this team responded promptly. They arrived within 20 minutes, quickly identified the issue, and found that the scooter’s belt had broken.

My Ather will not start or move. What should I book?

Book an EV Inspection & Starting Repair (₹549*). The mechanic checks for error codes, battery charge and voltage, the charger and cable, and the ignition or smart key, and tells you what is wrong before any repair.

Do you do Ather software updates or battery warranty claims?

No. Software updates and warranty claims stay with Ather. We handle the mechanical and electrical checks and repairs outside warranty.

My Ather is under warranty. Can I still come to you?

You can, but check your warranty terms first. Warranty claims are normally handled by Ather. For paid services and checks outside warranty, we are happy to look after your scooter.

Will you add parts without asking me?
